At Repêchage®, we stand behind the quality of our seaweed-based skincare and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Repêchage®

  Send your return package using a traceable shipping method to our headquarters; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
